About The Position

As the Director, Regional Sales, you'll play a key role in spearheading the sales efforts of Phonak’s entire product portfolio, building strong partnerships with audiologists, physicians, hospitals, and large retail chains. Your expertise will empower your team to excel in their sales strategies and customer relationships, helping us continue to lead in an industry that is making a real difference in people’s lives. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or Doctorate in Audiology a plus)
5+ years of B2B sales experience, with 2+ years in sales management
A proven track record of leading successful teams
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proven track record of achieving growth targets
A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova
