The Director, SMB Regional Sales is a senior, hands-on leadership role focused on merchant-facing and partner-facing engagement. This role leads the SMB Regional Sales Channel and owns net-new merchant acquisition and sustained expansion of Moneris’ SMB processing portfolio across Canada. Success is driven through selling integrated commerce solutions that help merchants get paid, operate efficiently, and grow. Leading regional sales teams across multiple Canadian markets, this role is accountable for delivering scalable revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability. The Director balances execution with cross-functional influence, drives disciplined sales operations, and leads change while maintaining strong engagement and performance. The role embeds The Challenger Sale as the core selling and coaching methodology, shifting teams toward insight-led selling, commercial discipline, and differentiated value delivery.
