About The Position

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for developing new business of the organization and finding ways to aggressively grow our presence in the marketplace. They must identify business leads and opportunities and build long-standing relationships with prospects. They will be a thought leader in our industry and consult with prospects on ways to optimize their parking environment. They are sometimes engaged in evaluating the performance of the current business and finding ways to increase the scale and full potential of existing relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the parking, payments, technology sales or mobile industry
  • Exceptional relationship building skills and experience owning and managing relationships with strategic partners and prospects
  • Strong business development experience
  • Track record of consistently hitting sales goals
  • Experience working on a fast-paced and creative team, while being able to do so remotely
  • Experience with B2G and B2B
  • Experience building and executing on sales strategy and creating annual business plans
  • Knowledge of various sales tools, techniques, and methodologies to achieve sales targets and support client experience
  • Business writing and written communication
  • Presentation and demonstration experience in virtual and in-person environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage sales opportunities from lead generation to contract signature, as well as working with client success and client implementation for a successful launch
  • Building relationships with North American partners and driving revenue through these partnerships
  • Providing support to existing relationships with key clients
  • Active participant in the RFP process for designated opportunities, working closely with the Bid writer and other internal teams as needed
  • Working proactively with product team and marketing team to present attractive value propositions to clients
  • Providing transparency to internal teams, and assisting with the timely delivery of products and services in line with sales commitments
  • Collaborate with Director of Sales, Managing Director and other Sales Directors to build and execute on PayByPhone’s sales strategy
