About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic Sr Director of Product Marketing to lead regional go-to-market strategy, drive product adoption, and elevate our brand presence. Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 5+ years in a regional or global leadership role.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling consumer products.
  • Strong understanding of digital health, connected devices, or consumer technology markets.
  • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading and developing diverse, distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the go-to-market strategy, aligning with global product marketing and regional commercial teams.
  • Localize global value propositions and messaging to resonate with diverse consumer segments across the region.
  • Lead product launches, campaigns, and lifecycle marketing initiatives tailored to regional market dynamics.
  • Conduct deep market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive threats across the Americas.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies that inform product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics.
  • Partner with global product management, regional sales, digital marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Serve as the voice in global forums, advocating for regional needs and opportunities.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of product marketers across the Americas.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Mentor team members to develop strategic thinking, storytelling, and executional excellence.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product adoption, campaign effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously refine strategies based on performance data and market feedback.
