About The Position

Job Summary The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy for Crystal in The Americas with a strong focus on trade/B2B. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role will lead a regional marketing team in Miami and work in partnership with the global team in London and Downers Grove to ensure Crystal’s brand presence, strategies, and campaigns align with broader business objectives. This individual must demonstrate strong leadership, business acumen, collaboration and project management skills to deliver the plan on time and within budget to achieve desired results. Requirements

  • Education: bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in marketing along with strong people and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skills/Qualifications: Proven track record for implementing effective, ROI driven B2C and B2B marketing plans, as well as managing a sizeable marketing budget.
  • Experience leading teams with strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Working knowledge of customer databases, CRM and marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with marketing tactics and strategies successful with affluent markets.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where strategic brand-building efforts are priority.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing plan and budget for Crystal in the Americas in alignment with the global strategy and objectives and execute across key channels.
  • Work in collaboration with the global team in London to deploy integrated global promotional campaigns and product launches in the Americas.
  • Oversee all Consortia and Key Account annual marketing plans, budgets and content delivery in collaboration with Sales and various trade partners for the Americas.
  • Lead trade marketing activities and support for B2B/trade sales team in the Americas and globally including trade portal functionality, trade emails, collateral, webinars, presentation materials, sales events and trade shows.
  • Oversee global consumer email marketing including the calendar, briefing, design and deployment.
  • Create and execute the direct mail plan for the US to drive repeat bookings and new customer acquisition.
  • Provide high-quality briefs to the in-house creative team for all marketing projects / activities and collaborate on development of materials to meet business objectives and align with Crystal’s brand.
  • Mange Americas budget including tracking, analysis and compliance with purchase order system.
  • Report on the performance of Americas marketing efforts and competitive trends and key insights to inform marketing strategy.
  • Nurture and grow a high-performance team in the regional Miami office with a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong internal working relationships with key functions including trade sales, reservations and operations across Crystal and AKTG in London and Downers Grove, IL.
