About The Position

Altruist is hiring a Director, Recruiter & Referral Partnerships to own its recruiter and referral partner channel as the company grows its wealth-management platform. The role sits on the Client Development team and focuses on building a repeatable source of growth through advisor-recruiting and transition-consulting firms, as well as relationships throughout the broader RIA ecosystem. The Director will manage partner relationships from selection and onboarding through advisor introductions and funded assets. The position includes developing referral agreements, training partners on Altruist’s offering, coordinating referral intake and follow-up with internal teams, and tracking channel performance, conversions, assets, and partner returns. The Director will also represent Altruist at industry events. Success is measured by productive partners, qualified introductions, funded advisor AUM, acquisition costs, accurate partner payouts, and reliable channel reporting.

  • Coordinate with Onboarding and Transitions to support a smooth transition for referred advisors.
  • Track referrals in the CRM from introduction to funded assets, manage partner payouts, and report on pipeline, conversion, AUM, and partner ROI.
