About The Position

Altruist is hiring a Director, Recruiter & Referral Partnerships to own its recruiter and referral partner network and turn it into a repeatable source of growth. The role sits on the Client Development team and focuses on advisor-recruiting and transition-consulting firms, as well as the broader RIA ecosystem of industry organizations, consultants, and platforms. The Director will manage partners from selection through funded assets, build relationships that generate advisor introductions, and ensure introductions are routed, followed up, tracked, and reported. The role also manages referral agreements and payouts, equips partners to recommend Altruist, coordinates referred advisors’ transitions, and represents the company at relevant industry events. Year-one success includes productive recruiter partners, introductions from a wider range of ecosystem partners, funded referred AUM, acquisition costs in line with targets, and accurate partner payouts and channel reporting.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in wealth management or financial services, with exposure to advisor recruiting, advisor transitions, partnerships, or business development.
