About The Position
The Director, Real Property and Procurement plays a key role in turning strategy into action by ensuring land, assets, and procurement processes are aligned to support housing delivery across the territory. Grounded in strong relational accountability, this role builds trusted partnerships with communities, Local Housing Organizations, government departments, and stakeholders while stewarding public resources responsibly. Through clear strategic direction, the Director aligns priorities, guides complex work, and brings people and efforts together to ensure housing initiatives move forward in a coordinated, practical, and meaningful way for Nunavummiut.

- Lead the delivery of housing across Nunavut by shaping land, procurement, and partnerships.
- Ensure land, assets, and procurement processes are aligned to support housing delivery across the territory.
- Build trusted partnerships with communities, Local Housing Organizations, government departments, and stakeholders.
- Steward public resources responsibly.
- Align priorities, guide complex work, and bring people and efforts together to ensure housing initiatives move forward in a coordinated, practical, and meaningful way.
