About The Position

As a Director Product Marketing on our Marketing team, you'll work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building longlasting partnerships that thrive on success. This role focuses on maximizing design wins and overall business by driving application-level technical data and training to sales and distribution channels. The role will engage with the channels to drive customer discovery and engagement in the targeted and focus applications for each region by ensuring that they are well equipped with the understanding of where, why, and how Infineon products add value in the application being served. Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience (including 5+ years’ leadership)
  • Relevant qualifications (vocational or degree pathways, or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Drive business wins and revenue growth by leading customer-facing Infineon-based solutions for priority applications.
  • Create and execute an inclusive regional distribution deployment strategy, partnering with distribution leaders and vertical marketing teams.
  • Deliver targeted enablement tools, collateral, and technical content that help sales teams build confident, positive customer engagements.
  • Develop and track measurable KPIs and programs to evaluate application-level performance and business impact.
  • Customize and localize application/product content to meet diverse market and regional needs across channels.
  • Provide accessible training for distribution branches and internal teams on value propositions, where to find content, and how to position integrated solutions.
  • Support end-to-end customer engagement from design-in through business win, including branch trainings, customer visits, and continuous feedback to improve content.
  • Own accountability for the performance and outcomes of multiple related units, ensuring equitable support and expectations across teams.
  • Develop and execute plans (business, production, operational, and/or organizational priorities) to deliver results in fast-changing and/or regulated environments.
  • Lead resource stewardship by allocating resources and shaping policies within the area of responsibility, guided by availability and functional objectives.
  • Make strategic decisions that balance capacity, risk, and priorities, enabling sustainable delivery for all stakeholders.
  • Solve complex problems by looking beyond current methods and one’s own discipline, using innovative, cross-functional approaches.
  • Manage and empower large, diverse teams, including managers and/or senior professionals, fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
  • Contribute to strategy at the functional/department level, backed by 15+ years’ experience (including 5+ years’ leadership) and relevant qualifications (vocational or degree pathways, or equivalent experience).
