Director, Product Manager
About The Position
The Product Manager for Fidelity’s Intelligence Platform will define, develop, and scale data, analytics, and intelligence capabilities that support decision-making across the alternative investments ecosystem. This senior role involves working in an ambiguous environment and creating new solutions from scratch, with impact on Fidelity associates, asset managers, and investors. The role is part of AltIQ, a team building the intelligence layer for alternative investments at Fidelity. The team connects business needs with data assets and platform capabilities, collaborating with Wealth, Brokerage, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Technology teams to develop scalable intelligence products.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of product management experience, specifically in platform or analytics products.
- Experience building scalable data and intelligence capabilities.
- Strong relationship skills with engineering, data, and business teams.
- Outstanding analytical, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to translate strategy into executable product plans.
- Experience influencing senior collaborators in complex environments.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in alternative investments, wealth management, asset management, or fintech.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled workflows and analytics ecosystems.
- Experience in startup or venture-building environments.
