As Director of Product Management, you will set and execute the product and solution strategy with a strong bias toward action and delivery. This role requires a self‑starter mindset, the ability to balance long‑term product vision with near‑term execution, and hands‑on engagement with emerging technologies. In partnership with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams, you will ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery across the product lifecycle while maintaining awareness of the competitive and technology landscape. You will program‑manage multiple strategic, cross‑functional initiatives spanning product requirements, build, training, legal, marketing, commercialization/go‑to‑market activities, vendor engagement, and client communication. Additional responsibilities include executive reporting, roadmap ownership, change management support, annual planning, and continuous improvement of product operations. Partner with engineering, architecture, legal, marketing, operations, and vendors to deliver market‑ready solutions. Establish governance, controls, and standardized product operations practices across matrixed teams. Build feedback loops using metrics and stakeholder input to continuously improve processes. Develop and maintain program‑level playbooks and product operations frameworks. Monitor and improve the operating effectiveness of product operations. Own and support vendor management initiatives, including spend integrity and compliance AI development (requirements definition, vendor evaluation, governance/controls, and measurable outcomes). Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes through executive‑ready updates and presentations. Promote a culture of continuous improvement through education, engagement, and accountability. Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences. This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require. This position pays between $148,800-190,000 based on experience. This posting addresses state specific requirements to provide pay transparency.
