About The Position

Affirm is seeking a seasoned product leader to define the next chapter of its Consumer and Card Growth programs. The role leads a portfolio of high-impact consumer journeys that influence conversion, engagement, and revenue, with a focus on consumer experiences, product quality, and growth across Cards and other products. The Direct to Consumer Products, Surfaces, and Growth programs combine startup agility with the scale of an industry leader to deliver quality consumer experiences and business growth. The Director will define and socialize a long-term Growth and App vision and strategy, translating it into roadmaps and decisions that teams can execute. The role oversees consumer-facing surfaces and growth platforms, including onboarding flows, app surfaces, and segmentation and targeting services, with the goal of providing simple, consistent experiences across platforms. The Director will build and develop a high-performing product management team, including people managers, and align senior leadership and cross-functional partners around strategy, execution, risks, and mitigations. This role partners with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Revenue leaders to optimize the marketplace ecosystem while balancing merchant value and consumer experience. It also establishes experimentation and funnel-analysis practices to improve completion rates and customer retention. Affirm is remote-first, with flexibility to work from almost anywhere within the country of employment; some roles may occasionally require in-person office work. New hires are invited to attend an in-person onboarding experience.
