About The Position

Kroll’s Director, Product Management will lead the development of platform capabilities and operational workflows supporting the data-capture Center of Excellence. The role owns product direction for how data is captured, structured, and made available at the front of the valuation process, transforming a manual, end-of-process activity into a scalable, platform-native capability. The Director translates the needs of valuation teams and clients into a clear product roadmap and works closely with engineering to deliver it.

Requirements

  • Eight to ten or more years of product management or product leadership experience, with a track record in data organizations shaping data products and the operating model around them.
  • Direct experience at a large financial data provider, such as Bloomberg, FactSet, S&P, MSCI, ICE, or Moody’s.
  • Ability to translate complex, real-world workflows into structured product requirements and a clear roadmap.
  • Comfort working closely with engineers on technical trade-offs and with domain experts in valuation and credit.
  • A bias toward shipping and iterating based on real client use rather than building in isolation.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with private markets, valuation, or credit.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for data capture and the operational workflows of the Center of Excellence, determining what gets built, in what order, and why.
  • Define platform capabilities to capture data once at the source, preserve lineage to source documents, and make data available across models, reporting, and benchmarks.
  • Work directly with Center of Excellence analysts to turn real capture work into operational and product requirements.
  • Partner with engineering to sequence and deliver development, making trade-off and prioritization decisions.
  • Define completion criteria for each capability, ensuring it is client-usable and platform-complete.
  • Coordinate with valuation, data, and go-to-market stakeholders so the platform reflects how the business operates and sells.

Benefits

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • Generous paid time off and paid company holidays.
  • Parental and family leave.
  • Life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, and accident protection.
  • Competitive salary structures, performance-based incentives, and merit-based compensation reviews.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching.
