Helium 10

About The Position

Pacvue is the leading Commerce Operating System, unifying retail media, commerce management, and advanced measurement across more than 100 global marketplaces. Through Pacvue and Helium 10, its enterprise and SMB platforms, the company serves more than 70,000 brands, agencies, and sellers with AI-driven insights and technology. The Director of Product Management drives execution across Helium 10’s product portfolio and leads the product managers responsible for delivery. The role runs discovery and delivery of the innovation agenda beyond Amazon marketplace sellers, including direct-to-consumer and multi-channel commerce, Walmart and TikTok, and AI-native experiences. It turns agreed priorities into a sequenced, resourced roadmap and ensures the team ships on time and at quality. The position runs the new-product pipeline, validating, building, and launching opportunities that may open new revenue lines and audiences. This includes structured discovery with sellers and brands, rapid prototyping and testing, defining success criteria before development, and discontinuing ideas that do not meet the bar. The role evaluates opportunities such as AI agents, autonomous workflows, and adjacent channels, and partners with go-to-market teams to bring products to customers. A core focus is expansion into direct-to-consumer commerce, including Shopify and owned storefronts, Google, and social commerce. The Director leads discovery, requirements, and delivery for features serving DTC-first brands, partnering with product marketing, growth marketing, and sales to launch products. This is a hands-on, execution-first leadership role that sets functional strategy while remaining closely involved in delivery. The Director runs weekly operating cadences, reviews specifications and requirements, unblocks the team, and monitors execution to identify issues before release. The role is based in the United States and requires regular direct customer contact through discovery interviews, advisory sessions, and field time with brands and agencies. The Director reports to the VP of Product Strategy & Ops and leads the global product management function, including the U.S. and China teams. The role directly manages U.S. product managers and leads the China team through its manager, setting shared direction and standards while delegating China’s day-to-day execution oversight to that manager. The Director remains closely involved in U.S. execution and leads across time zones and cultures.
