About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Director of Product Management to define and deliver a new application-centric cloud management experience. The Director will own product vision, strategy, and roadmap from initial concept through launch and adoption, working with engineering, user experience, and OCI service teams to establish a shared application model that brings together resource inventory, observability, cost management, security insights, and operational workflows. The role also includes building and developing a product management team, securing alignment across organizations, and translating complex customer needs into clear priorities and measurable outcomes. The Director will identify customer needs and define OCI’s target customers, differentiated value, and investment priorities. The role will deliver an integrated application-level view of inventory, costs, health, performance, security findings, and operational issues, with paths into relevant OCI services for investigation and action. The position owns the roadmap from an initial release through broader service coverage and enterprise adoption. It requires cross-service coordination with OCI teams responsible for resource discovery, identity, observability, security, billing, and automation, as well as responsibility for hiring, coaching, and developing product managers. The Director will define success measures, use customer feedback and product telemetry to improve adoption, recruit design partners and early adopters, and coordinate launch readiness, documentation, demonstrations, and field enablement. Oracle’s stated US hiring range is $143,300 to $306,400 per annum. The role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle describes a comprehensive US benefits package.
