About The Position

Capital One is hiring a Director, Product Management to lead product vision, strategy, and execution for core OneStream platform capabilities across the company. OneStream is an enterprise data publishing platform that supports data registration, ingestion, transformation, and movement at scale, serving data engineers, analysts, and consumers who need trusted, well-governed, cost-optimized data for analytics, modeling, and decision-making.

As Capital One moves toward an agentic era, the role will advance OneStream into an agent-native data platform using conversational intent, automated governance, and self-healing architectures. The Director will build an ecosystem that enables speed, improves user experience, and creates value by developing self-service, automation, and agentic capabilities. The role manages a high-performing product team and partners with technology, design, risk, and other horizontal teams to support innovation and business needs across the company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives and technical engineering partners.
• Ability to develop strategic product vision, navigate ambiguity, and translate ideas into execution.
• Ability to make commitments and trade-offs, remove impediments, and deliver valuable products iteratively.
• Ability to understand internal or external customer needs and build lasting relationships.
• Ability to coach and mentor others in product development.

Nice To Haves

• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
• Experience in a large, data-intensive, multi-line-of-business environment with significant complexity and scale.
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in innovative technology environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term vision and strategy for the enterprise OneStream data pipeline product portfolio across Capital One.
• Champion the execution of next-generation product features, applying product management and data platform expertise.
• Inspire, coach, and manage a high-performing team of product managers.
• Influence customers across major lines of business and collaborate with technology, architecture, design, analytics, and risk management partners.
• Build modern self-service, automation, and agentic capabilities for the OneStream platform.
• Lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems, deliver outcomes, and drive organizational alignment.
