We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, POM Product Management Manager to join The Controls Hub team. This role is located in New York. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in product management (enterprise/SaaS preferred), with 5+ years leading product teams or complex portfolios.
- Proven track record managing products/platforms with both internal and external user bases, including APIs, integrations, and ecosystem partners.
- Demonstrated success in customer discovery, data-driven decision-making, and ownership of product financials (budgeting, pricing, P&L) and commercialization.
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing PM teams; recruit and coach talent, set clear goals, manage performance, foster DEI and a collaborative culture, and influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the POM platform serving both internal users and external customers/partners.
- Drive execution from discovery through delivery, prioritizing features based on customer value, business outcomes, and technical feasibility; ensure on-time, high-quality releases.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Legal/Security, and Marketing to align goals, requirements, and go-to-market plans.
- Establish product KPIs and success metrics; analyze performance and user feedback to iterate, optimize adoption, and deliver measurable ROI.
