About The Position

Oracle Health, a newly established division within Oracle, is seeking a Senior Director to lead product engineering efforts and help build a world-class engineering center. The role focuses on agent engineering for Oracle’s healthcare product suite, including leading teams that develop and productize agentic solutions. The Senior Director will lead multiple Product Engineering teams responsible for Oracle’s CAAD products, including AI-powered healthcare solutions. The role defines technology roadmaps and operational strategies aligned with product vision and market trends, particularly in Large Language Models (LLMs) and voice-first technologies. It oversees the full product development lifecycle, from requirements intake and planning through release, implementation, support, and maintenance, while coordinating with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Support, and other internal and external stakeholders. The position also includes recruiting and developing engineering talent, fostering an entrepreneurial culture, improving processes and governance, using analytics and metrics to optimize performance and customer experience, and communicating plans and strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

More than 10 years of demonstrated success leading complex engineering or technical programs.
More than 10 years of project management experience, with a track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within scope.
Strong technical background and knowledge of cloud technologies, data center systems, and software development.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in agile development methodologies and adaptability to changing priorities.
Proven ability to solve complex problems using sound business judgment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced degree or certifications in project or program management.

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire multiple Product Engineering teams responsible for developing and delivering Oracle’s CAAD products, including AI-powered healthcare solutions.
Define technology roadmaps and operational strategies aligned with the product vision and market trends, especially in LLMs and voice-first technologies.
Recruit, mentor, and develop a cohesive, high-performing engineering team and foster an entrepreneurial, creative culture.
Oversee the product development lifecycle from PRD intake, scoping, and planning through execution, release, implementation, post-launch support, and maintenance.
Coordinate with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Support, and other internal and external resources to achieve product goals.
Identify inefficiencies, drive continuous improvement, and establish processes and governance for smooth operations.
Use data analytics to derive insights, measure performance, optimize customer experience, and develop dashboards and metrics to monitor key indicators.
Communicate forward-looking plans and strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders to secure alignment and buy-in.
