Director, PCP Sales

Grow Therapy•New York, NY
•$150,000 - $250,000

About The Position

Grow Therapy is seeking a Director of PCP Sales to lead and scale its Physician Partnerships team. The role focuses on making Grow a trusted referral destination for primary-care providers, care coordinators, and practice leaders. The Director will take over a small team and a portfolio of high-potential physician groups and health-system relationships, deepen those accounts by activating more offices and clinicians, increase repeat referrals, and establish durable referral workflows. They will also develop the team and operating model needed to expand into new accounts. This is a hands-on leadership position in a referral-driven business, with success measured by sustained patient referrals and intakes rather than one-time contract value. The Director will set strategy, coach the team, review account plans, and partner across the company to build a repeatable growth engine. The role includes leading and developing PCP account executives and account managers; defining sales coverage, segmentation, territories, and workflows; growing partnerships across primary-care and other referral organizations; and using data to guide targeting, account activity, and business decisions. Grow Therapy is a mental health care marketplace founded in 2020. It describes its mission as making mental health care more effective and accessible and states that its platform serves providers, insurance payors, and patients.
