Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 12+ years in business operations, program management, cloud/data center customer programs, or similar, with repeated cross-functional delivery involving customers and financial outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder leadership and structured operating rhythm (cadence, metrics, escalation); excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Comfort operating at the intersection of capacity/deployment execution, commercial/contract context, and financial planning (you may partner with specialists but must drive coherence).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with hyperscaler/CSP models, GPU/AI cluster deployments, or large-scale data center programs.
  • Familiarity with forecasting cycles (e.g., in-quarter and annual planning interfaces).
  • Prior people leadership or sustained matrix/program leadership; credible path to building a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide overall business oversight of cloud service provider (CSP) and data center (DC) capacity for the Data Center GPU business.
  • Lead cluster acceptance and backstop capacity management.
  • Drive contract alignment with operational execution.
  • Coordinate across Finance, Business Development, and Customer Engineering so plans, commitments, and outcomes stay synchronized.
  • Maintain an integrated BU view of CSP and DC capacity position: committed vs. in-flight vs. at risk; key dependencies; and implications for forecast and customer delivery.
  • Define and operate a cluster acceptance model (criteria, milestones, owners, status reporting, escalation) so readiness and acceptance issues are visible early and resolved with clear accountability.
  • Establish and run backstop capacity governance: utilization, changes, and exposure relative to financial plan and customer/partner expectations; ensure execution is tracked on a regular cadence, not only during escalations.
  • Partner with Finance and Business Development to align contracts and commercial terms with operational reality for capacity, acceptance, milestones, and related obligations—reducing gaps between what is agreed, what is built, and what is recognized or forecast.
  • Act as the BU operational focal point connecting these functions: clarify ownership, drive cross-functional forums as needed, and deliver executive-ready status (risks, decisions, recommended actions).
  • Hire and develop supporting roles as approved to scale reporting, analytics, and program coordination.
