About The Position

QSL Management is seeking a Director of Wellness for The Barclay at Vero Beach AL and MC. The role leads the wellness (Nursing Care) department’s daily operations and oversees nursing and personal care staff. The Director assesses residents’ health, functional, and psychosocial status, proactively manages their care, promotes service excellence, and ensures the community meets applicable federal and state requirements. Requirements

Current state LPN license as required by state regulations.
Three years of nursing experience.
Two years of supervisory experience.
Experience hiring staff, managing budgets, and managing schedules.
Current CPR certification.
Be flexible and prepared to assist on a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Have a caring heart and willingness to serve others.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing college or university.
Current First Aid certification.
Experience in assisted living or long-term care.
Experience in dementia care.
