About The Position

Redwood Terrace is a vibrant Life Plan Community in Escondido, California, dedicated to helping older adults live with purpose, choice, and peace of mind. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Director of Wellness & Assisted Living to lead our assisted living and resident wellness services. This highly visible leadership role combines clinical oversight, operational leadership, and relationship-building to promote exceptional care and an engaging resident experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Current California LVN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• At least five years of related experience, including at least two years in long-term care nursing or acute care
• At least one year of supervisory experience
• Current RCFE Administrator certification or the ability to obtain certification within six months of hire
• Valid California driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead assisted living and resident wellness services.
• Provide clinical oversight.
• Provide operational leadership.
• Build relationships to promote exceptional care and an engaging resident experience.
