OKANA features a dynamic indoor waterpark, over 400 guest rooms and suites, various dining options, and 30,000 square feet of meeting and event spaces. The resort aims to provide a high-energy environment, combining world-class hospitality with a state-of-the-art indoor waterpark experience, focusing on memorable guest experiences and a collaborative, inclusive, and growth-focused environment for its team members, referred to as “curators.” The Director of Waterpark Operations will be a strategic, safety-driven, and operationally excellent leader responsible for all aspects of waterpark functionality. This includes ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality guest experience while driving operational performance, team leadership, and compliance within a high-volume aquatic environment. This leader will be a key member of the resort leadership team, partnering cross-functionally to deliver exceptional results aligned with OKANA’s standards of excellence.
