Marin Community Clinics (MCC), founded in 1972, is a multi-clinic network providing integrated primary care, dental, behavioral, specialty, and referral services. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), MCC serves nearly 40,000 individuals annually in Marin County and has received national awards from HRSA. Our mission is to promote health and wellness through excellent, compassionate care for all, with a focus on health equity for vulnerable patients through family-centered, trauma-informed clinical care and case management. Applicants should have familiarity with Latin culture and race-based stress/trauma work. As the Director of Training, Behavioral Health Fellowship, you will design and lead a Fellowship Program focused on Latinx communities, overseeing a curriculum to train culturally-responsive and trauma-aware clinicians. You will guide Behavioral Health Fellows, supervise junior practitioners, and collaborate with the Clinical Programs Director to ensure the curriculum aligns with evidence-based practices, empowering Fellows to make a lasting impact and building a pipeline of clinicians who understand the communities served. This role is for individuals passionate about shaping future leaders in behavioral health within a dynamic, supportive environment.
