About The Position

The Director of Technology & Data Engineering owns Momentous’ enterprise technology, IT operations, data infrastructure, and systems strategy. The role builds a scalable, secure, and reliable foundation to support company growth and AI-driven innovation, and serves as the company’s technology leader overseeing company-wide IT, cloud data infrastructure, enterprise systems, data integrations, governance, and emerging AI capabilities. Reporting to the CFO, this role creates a unified, trusted data ecosystem across eCommerce, subscription, Amazon, retail, financial, and operational platforms. It partners with Finance’s Data Analytics Center of Excellence: Analytics defines the metrics, while Technology builds and operates the platform that delivers them to people and AI tools. This is a highly hands-on, cross-functional player-coach position combining deep technical expertise with strategic leadership. The Director is expected to design and operate modern data platforms, make pragmatic technology investment decisions, and serve as a senior technical leader in a lean, high-growth environment. The role is hybrid and based at Momentous’ Park City headquarters.
