About The Position

Boca Recovery Center is seeking a foundational leader to own and expand their organic search engine. This is a hands-on role for an expert who wants to grow a company and build a best-in-class team. As the SEO Lead, you will work directly with the CMO to architect the long-term strategy and eventually build your own team. The role involves ensuring the brand is indexed and cited as a 'grounding truth' for generative engines, managing the SEO tech stack, and driving measurable growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently on local, state, and national organic search, identifying and actioning on gaps or opportunities.

Requirements

6+ years in SEO, with a heavy emphasis on technical architecture.
A "Founder" mentality and comfort working in a high-accountability environment directly with the CMO.
Proven ability to manage complex projects independently.
Mastery of GSC, GA4, SQL, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience managing and optimizing large-scale sites within WPEngine.
Based in or willing to commute to Boca Raton.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Python or AI tools for SEO automation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own the technical health of our domains, including Crawlability, Indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
Manage time to focus on high-impact wins that move the needle on revenue.
Conduct deep audits and work directly with the team to implement fixes.
Create and pivot a comprehensive SEO roadmap that balances technical hygiene with content opportunity and authority building.
Act as the hiring manager to recruit, interview, and onboard SEO content specialists, technical support, and junior analysts.
Own the SEO tech stack (Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, SEMRush) and build custom dashboards that clearly communicate ROI to executive leadership.
