We're looking for a technically rigorous, strategically oriented Director of SEO & AEO to own organic search and answer engine optimization across our portfolio of brands. This role is responsible for driving measurable organic visibility, traffic, and conversion, while also building the frameworks needed to optimize for AI-powered search experiences and featured placements. Reporting into the VP of Brand Marketing, you will set the SEO and AEO roadmap, lead execution across technical, on-page, and off-page disciplines, and partner closely with Content, Web, and Performance teams to ensure organic search is a high-performing growth channel. As AI-driven search continues to evolve, this role will be on the leading edge of how our brands show up in generative and answer-based experiences. The ideal candidate combines deep technical SEO expertise with a forward-looking perspective on how search behavior is changing — and knows how to translate both into business impact.
