About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Director leads full-cycle recruiting for key senior level roles across the company. This individual will support internal hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, and work closely with department leads to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process. The TA Director will oversee a team of 5 senior level recruiters. This position leads recruitment efforts for all businesses under the Home Organizers, Inc. group and affiliated companies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruiting
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Rippling, BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lever)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Hands on familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
  • Ability to manage 10+ open roles simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manages small talent acquisition team ensuring the company is able to hire high-caliber talent across all business units in an efficient, timely, and compliant manner
  • Responsible for establishing department process and procedures, including implementation of an ATS and system updates organization wide
  • Manage job postings, sourcing, and screening for all open roles
  • Owns full-cycle recruiting for all open positions
  • Track and report pipeline activity using an ATS
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles
  • Support onboarding coordination with HR
  • Assist with employer branding and candidate experience improvement
