About The Position

Magna Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced, strategic, and relationship-driven Director of Talent Acquisition to lead executive-level searches for their corporate office and across their rapidly growing portfolio of hotels. This role is ideal for someone passionate about partnering with senior leaders, identifying exceptional hospitality talent, and making a meaningful impact on an organization's growth. Requirements

  • Understands the hospitality industry and knows how to attract top-performing leaders.
  • Previous hotel talent acquisition experience is preferred.
  • Experience sourcing management and executive-level hospitality professionals.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify passive candidates.
  • Experience managing multiple searches simultaneously across various hotel disciplines.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to influence hiring managers and provide consultative recruiting support.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing tools.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required; experience with the ADP Recruitment platform is strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for recruiting events and property visits.
  • Must be able to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete Form I-9 upon hire.

Responsibilities

  • Leading full-cycle recruitment for executive, and corporate-level positions throughout the company.
  • Developing proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top hospitality talent.
  • Building strong partnerships with Corporate Executives, Regional Leaders and hotel General Managers.
  • Recruiting for key operational leadership roles including Directors of Sales, General Managers, Executive Chefs, Directors of Finance, and other management positions.
  • Support recruitment efforts for new hotel openings and major staffing initiatives.
  • Build long-term talent pipelines through networking, industry partnerships, colleges, universities, and community organizations.
  • Leverage recruiting technology, social media, and innovative sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
  • Follow exceptional candidates from first contact through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and market insights.
  • Traveling as needed for hotel visits, career fairs, leadership meetings, and recruiting events.
