Requirements

  • Proven change management and coaching experience leading international, cross-border Talent Acquisition teams (AMER & EMEA) within a global technology, SaaS, or platform-based organisation
  • Extensive experience operating in mixed hiring environments – used to building for unique roles and Forensic sourcing as well as high-volume, fast-changing hiring environments , driving both scale and quality
  • Strong technical fluency with enterprise ATS/HR systems (we have Workday, Rooster, Hiredscore, Brighthire) and how they shape recruiter behaviour and outcomes
  • Demonstrated success leading teams through building & transformation , especially where AI, automation, or new systems are introduced
  • Practical understanding of AI across the hiring lifecycle , alongside a clear, human-centred perspective on its ethical use
  • Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions, and navigating complex hiring challenges
  • A leadership style that balances data-driven thinking with strong human judgement and care
  • Unwavering resilience and a sense of humour

Responsibilities

  • Lead the human side of hiring in our AI enabled Talent Acquisition. You’ll guide and develop our teams across AMER and EMEA, raising capability and systems adoption, from delivery-focused recruitment to strategic talent partnering. You'll raise the bar on how hiring operates in an AI-enabled environment — balancing speed, ethics, and above all quality decision-making.
  • Transform hiring with data, systems, and AI. Partnering closely with your peer in Recruiting Operations and with HR teams, you’ll drive adoption and workflow automation through AI-powered tools that simplify effort without losing the humans — ensuring adoption actually works in real-world hiring.
  • Redefine hiring manager partnerships. You’ll create consistent, high-quality hiring practices across the business — coaching leaders to make stronger, insight-led decisions and to use tools effectively without losing accountability.
  • Elevate interview quality and fairness. You’ll support the adoption of structured, repeatable, and inclusive interview experiences across regions. Ensure hiring decisions are evidence-led, consistent, and trusted — even as AI becomes more embedded.
  • Deliver an exceptional human experience. From candidate touch points to decision moments, you’ll amplify our ability to attract the right Talent DNA and ensure every interaction feels authentic, fair, transparent, and human — strengthening trust and enhancing Pax8’s employer brand.
  • Embed risk awareness and governance. You’ll set clear standards for ethical hiring, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and responsible use of AI — helping the business navigate complexity with confidence.
  • Influence at the most senior levels. Act as a trusted partner to executives and HR leaders, resolving complex hiring challenges and shaping talent strategy across the organisation.
