Role Overview:
Lead sustainment operations supporting deployed radar, RF, and mission systems. Own depot repair, refurbishment, RMAs, spares, and lifecycle support execution. Build scalable sustainment systems supporting fleet growth and operational readiness. Drive coordination across Manufacturing, Mission Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Programs.

Requirements

• 10+ years in sustainment, depot operations, repair operations, or lifecycle support.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience supporting complex aerospace, defense, RF, or electronics hardware.
• Strong operational leadership capability in high-tempo environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting deployed defense systems.
• Familiarity with FRACAS, serialized tracking, and depot repair workflows.
• Experience scaling sustainment organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead depot and repair operations.
• Own repair throughput, turnaround time, and fleet readiness metrics.
• Drive field-failure investigations and corrective action coordination.
• Develop spares, obsolescence, and lifecycle support strategies.
• Stand up sustainment SOPs, workflows, and reporting infrastructure.
