Requirements
- Leadership experience selling consumer packaged goods within supplements, nutraceuticals, food & beverage, or consumer health.
- Proven success driving revenue through retail, wholesale, and/or direct-to-consumer channels.
- Experience managing broker networks and distributor relationships.
- Demonstrated history of exceeding revenue targets with measurable business results.
- Strong understanding of retail economics, pricing, margins, and channel strategy.
- Identifies as a sales leader first, with a passion for revenue generation and execution.
Nice To Haves
- Supplement or nutraceutical industry experience.
- Existing relationships with major natural product, specialty, regional, or national retailers.
- Experience scaling brands through broker-led distribution.
- Familiarity with Shopify or direct-to-consumer supplement businesses.
- National or multi-region sales leadership experience.
Responsibilities
- Own and achieve defined revenue targets across all supplement sales channels.
- Drive year-over-year revenue growth through disciplined sales execution.
- Expand national, regional, natural products, and independent retail distribution.
- Develop new accounts while strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Build, lead, and optimize broker and distributor partnerships.
- Partner with internal teams to maximize DTC revenue and promotional effectiveness.
- Prioritize the highest-value sales opportunities and execute rapidly.
- Monitor forecasts, pipeline health, sales reporting, and overall commercial performance.
