Director of Students & Residence Life/Residential Supervisor
About The Position
This is a 12-month full-time position responsible for the direct leadership, supervision, coordination, and management of a residence life program for approximately 356 students. The role includes oversight of six facilities and supervision of professional and student staff. The Director is responsible for the direct leadership and management of the residence and student life programs and is required to live on-campus. The ideal candidate must possess sound communication, organization, and supervisory skills, demonstrate a positive student-centered approach, and have the ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (experience may substitute for education).
- Must possess sound communication skills.
