•$160,000 - $210,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Probably Genetic is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead biopharma and biotech client relationships end-to-end, coordinate deals, and develop the commercial infrastructure needed to move data access and co-development deals from initial discussions through closing. The role owns the data access and co-development pipeline and serves as an organized, responsive contact for partners between senior-level touchpoints. The Director will build repeatable deal coordination processes and partner-facing education programs; maintain commercial resources such as pricing documentation, access term frameworks, deal templates, and onboarding materials; and keep partner CRM records and deal tracking current. The role also coordinates indication-specific data packages and supports drafting and negotiation of statements of work and data access agreements, including template organization, redline tracking, and version control. This position suits someone with 3–5 years of experience, including a meaningful stint in strategy consulting, familiarity with pharma and biotech business development, alliance, or procurement functions, and direct experience closing data access deals or developing royalty- or milestone-based co-development term sheets. The role requires strong structured communication, the ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder projects, and a willingness to do hands-on coordination and documentation work. Experience in rare or genetic diseases, genomics, precision medicine data, patient registries, real-world data, or startup commercial infrastructure is not required and can be learned on the job. Probably Genetic describes itself as a mission-driven, tight-knit team working to help patients with severe, complex diseases access diagnoses, clinical trials, and treatments. The company offers competitive compensation and early-stage equity. The role is hybrid with flexible work and high trust and autonomy; the company also permits working from anywhere for up to four weeks per year.
