We are seeking extraordinary talent for this game changing opportunity to help forge this transformational journey at ReversingLabs. You, as the Director of Strategic Accounts, will be responsible for leading our strategic account development sales team and driving revenue growth from key enterprise clients. You will be a hands-on leader, working closely with the sales team to develop and execute account plans, identify new opportunities within existing accounts, and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a focus on strategic account management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience managing and leading a sales team
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic account development team and drive revenue growth from key enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop account plans and strategies for maximizing customer success and revenue growth
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell/upsell additional products and services
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the client organization
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted account-based marketing campaigns
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on the progress and status of strategic accounts
  • Other duties as assigned
