As a Director of Strategic Accounts, you will develop and execute the successful account management and sales processes that result in the sale of Rinchem Solutions and the development of relationships with target customers. The Director will formulate and execute strategies to expand current relationships and selling opportunities in the existing customer base and create new relationships. The Director will need to develop and foster new relationships at all levels to understand the target customer’s issues that they are trying to fix, solve or avoid and offer the appropriate solution. The Director will need to develop strong, and fluid working relationships with Rinchem and operations team as the Director may, at times, be relied upon for retention efforts and existing account growth opportunities.
