We are looking for a Director of Solutions & Delivery to build and lead our global customer-facing technical function. This role will own the lifecycle of technical engagement with customers, from technical discovery and solution design during the sales process through technical implementation and integration. You will build and lead distributed teams of Solutions Engineers and Technical Delivery Managers across the globe, including EMEA and APAC, ensuring Legora delivers a world-class customer experience at every stage. This is both a strategic leadership role and a builder role: you will design the function, define processes, build teams and create the playbooks that enable Legora to scale globally. This is a NYC-based, 5-day in-office role, we believe building together in person drives better outcomes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, or Technical Delivery
  • Experience building and leading global technical customer-facing teams
  • Strong background in enterprise SaaS implementations and integrations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • A builder mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead our global Solutions Engineering and Technical Delivery function
  • Hire, mentor, and manage managers and teams distributed globally
  • Own the technical lifecycle from pre-sales discovery and solution architecture to implementation and onboarding
  • Ensure successful enterprise deployments, including SSO, integrations, and enterprise system connectivity
  • Develop scalable technical playbooks, demo frameworks, and implementation standards
  • Partner closely with Growth, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to improve customer outcomes and influence product direction
  • Define metrics and processes that enable the function to scale efficiently across regions
