About The Position
This role is for a Director of Simulation and Clinical Lab Operations. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Key skills include excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, team building, and problem-solving abilities. Strong administrative, leadership, written, and verbal communication skills are essential. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to take initiative, own projects, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial. Flexibility in work hours is required. Proficiency in internet use, computer literacy, and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary. Experience in simulation is a must, along with experience using EMS-SimiQ software, KB Port software, and related camera systems.
Requirements

- Simulation experience
- Experience using EMS -SimiQ software, KB Port software and related camera systems
