Marksman Security is seeking an experienced security professional with a passion for leadership and high-rise operations to serve as a Site Director of Security for a flagship commercial property in Houston. This role involves leading security operations for a high-traffic commercial office building, interfacing with Property Management, managing security systems, and fostering a culture of professional growth. Requirements
- Proven experience in Commercial High-Rise security management.
- Strong technical aptitude: You should be an expert in Microsoft Office and modern VMS/Access Control systems.
- A "Safety First" mindset with a deep understanding of fire control systems.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to manage clients and vendors effectively.
Responsibilities
- Lead security operations for a high-traffic commercial office building.
- Directly interface with Property Management in weekly operational strategy meetings.
- Master and maintain DSX Access Control and exacqVision/Axis surveillance systems.
- Partner with Rosemont Public Service for emergency preparedness and fire drills.
- Manage budgets and CapEx requests to ensure the site remains state-of-the-art.
- Foster a culture of professional growth through continuous staff training.
