About The Position

Working alongside the Hotel Manager at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Director of Security who will be responsible for the daily operation of Security and Safety for The Peninsula Beverly Hills. This role offers the opportunity to work for an award-winning luxury hotel group, learn and grow within a diverse multi-outlet property, and provides an exceptional benefits package.

Requirements

• Establish and implement departmental policies and procedures in accordance with property/corporate security and loss control requirements
• Coordinate and maintain adequate training programs in occupational health and safety for staff
• Coordinate hiring and training of all Security personnel
• US work authorization

Responsibilities

• Initiating and supervising security programs to support a safe work environment
• Minimize liability
• Increase overall cost effectiveness and support the hotel’s service standards
