About The Position

B.H. Inc. is seeking a full-time Director of Scheduling to lead company-wide scheduling initiatives. This role is responsible for enhancing schedule coordination and efficiency across all job sites, identifying and communicating schedule risks to leadership, and protecting the company from financial losses and claims related to scheduling issues. The ideal candidate will be an exceptional leader with a strong background in construction scheduling and a commitment to mentoring talent, aiming to improve customer satisfaction, company profitability, and individual professional growth.

Requirements

10+ years of experience as a construction scheduler using Oracle Primavera software (P6 or Primavera Cloud) required.
Proven experience leading direct reports and teams required.
Expert user of Primavera Cloud or P6, with experience creating corporate- and project-level schedule reports.
Self-driven professional who pays attention to detail, is highly organized, thorough, and can lead with minimal supervision.
Proactive, positive, and professional attitude.
Ability to mentor a team while maintaining high integrity.
Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

Nice To Haves

Scheduling leadership roles preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field preferred.
Experience facilitating pull planning or scrum sessions, or experience with the Last Planner System, takt plans, or linear schedules preferred.
Knowledge of Domo, Asana, and Google Workspace preferred.
