We are seeking an experienced and driven Director of Sales to lead corporate revenue generation across our Marriott and IHG branded hotels in the Omaha, Nebraska market. This role will have a primary focus on Local Negotiated Rate (LNR) and corporate transient sales, with responsibility for building long-term business relationships and driving consistent market share growth. The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to grow corporate business across multiple hotel assets. This leader will focus heavily on outside sales activity, account development, and strengthening LNR partnerships within the Omaha corporate market. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated sales professional with strong knowledge of both Marriott and IHG sales systems, brand standards, and corporate sales processes. This is a high-impact sales leadership role within a growing hotel portfolio. The Director of Sales will play a key role in shaping corporate strategy and driving revenue performance across multiple branded properties in a competitive market.
