Peak Sports MGMT is a third-party multimedia rights and revenue partner for college athletic departments across the country. In partnership with Alabama State Athletics, our team is responsible for driving revenue through corporate partnerships while building strong relationships within the local market. We are building a high-performance sales organization inside college athletics. That means accountability, ownership, disciplined outreach, and a strong focus on revenue production. This role sits in college athletics, but it is not a “sports job.” It is a revenue role. The Manager of Sales will own corporate partnership revenue generation for Alabama State Athletics through new business development, outbound sales activity, and relationship-driven selling across sponsorship assets. This is a role for someone competitive, proactive, and motivated by the opportunity to build, sell, and produce. This is not a passive account management role. This is a sales seat for someone who wants the opportunity to directly impact revenue growth. This is an individual contributor role. This position does not include team management responsibilities. Success is measured by personal revenue production, business development activity, and partnership sales performance.
