Requirements

Hotel Sales experience is a must.
High volume management experience of at least 3 years.
The ability to drive positive sales and raise guest counts is a must.
The Director of Sales must live by a guest-oriented philosophy and show honesty and integrity in all things.
Open availability is a requirement.

Responsibilities

Lead hotels in developing and executing strategic and proactive direct sales efforts.
Meet or exceed top-line revenue and RevPar Index goals.
Work with the team on developing and executing a strong pricing and revenue management problem.
Motivate, evaluate, and review sales personnel.
Communicate company goals and objectives.
