We are seeking an accomplished commercial leader to drive our next phase of growth across North America. This role is responsible for leading Det-Tronics' commercial strategy and execution across the United States, Canada, and Alaska. This executive leadership role owns regional business performance including orders, revenue, profitability, pricing, market share, and strategic growth —while leading a high-performing sales organization focused on delivering exceptional customer value. You will lead Regional Sales Managers, Business Development Managers, and strategic channel partners while partnering closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership to execute the Det-Tronics strategic plan, accelerate portfolio growth, and strengthen our position as the industry leader in industrial life safety solutions.
