Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 7+ years of sales experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven success developing and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Experience in healthcare equipment, medical devices, or related industries preferred
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience working across both B2B and B2C sales environments
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for industry events or training

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve annual revenue growth targets.
  • Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing sales team with clear expectations and accountability.
  • Monitor pipeline health, pricing strategies, contract standards, and team performance metrics.
  • Lead marketing strategy across digital, print, events, and referral partnerships to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Partner with operations and leadership to align sales forecasts, capacity, and company goals.
  • Support territory planning, deal strategy, and key account relationships when leadership involvement is needed.
  • Provide sales forecasting, reporting, and market feedback to guide executive decision-making.
