About The Position

ABM is seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our business development efforts across a defined geographic region. This leadership role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within facilities services, and a proven ability to exceed sales targets through effective team leadership and strategic execution. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 7 years in sales leadership, with a demonstrated history of exceeding performance goals.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams while managing complex priorities at a strategic level.
  • Strong proficiency in evaluating KPIs and ROI to guide decision-making.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to executive-level clients.
  • Experience in B2B, outsourcing, and service sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with the Commercial Real Estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing regional sales team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Establish and execute regional sales plans aligned with corporate objectives and market opportunities.
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Analyze account profitability and optimize sales techniques to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the creation of compelling value propositions and support RFP responses and contract negotiations.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to project sales performance and inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide coaching and support to enhance lead generation, conversion rates, and professional selling capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement.
