EarthCam is seeking a Director of Sales Enablement to lead the training, onboarding, sales process, and operational support infrastructure behind our growing sales organization. This role is heavily focused on sales training, coaching support, CRM process adoption, and managing the Sales Administration team that supports Territory Sales Representatives and Account Managers throughout the sales cycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, operationally strong, and passionate about helping sales teams execute more effectively through structure, consistency, accountability, and training. This is not a traditional quota-carrying sales leadership role. Instead, this position focuses on improving sales execution, onboarding, sales workflows, CRM discipline, internal coordination, and enablement systems that help the broader sales organization succeed. The Director of Sales Enablement will work closely with Sales Leadership, Sales Representatives, Account Managers, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Administration teams to improve operational efficiency and reinforce scalable sales processes across the organization.
