Director of Sales, Building Automation (Healthcare)
About The Position
Honeywell Technologies is hiring a Sales Director, Building Automation (Healthcare). This role will be responsible for fostering new business within this strategic Healthcare vertical within the Honeywell Building Automation (BA) group. This individual will be leading a dedicated team of (8) directs reports consisting of direct sellers, demand generation professionals, solution architects and vertical operations specialists to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy. This role will work in the United States on a fully remote work schedule (preferably based in EST or CST time zones) and include 40% (+) domestic travel. Requirements
- Sales Director experience
- Experience in Building Automation
- Experience in the Healthcare vertical
- Experience leading a team of direct reports (direct sellers, demand generation professionals, solution architects, vertical operations specialists)
- Ability to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy
- Must be based in the United States
- Willingness to travel 40% (+) domestically
