About The Position

The Sr. Director, Product Management & Strategy – Building Automation (Healthcare Vertical) is a senior executive leadership role responsible for driving Healthcare growth, portfolio strategy, and market expansion across Honeywell’s Building Automation business. This role unifies business development leadership with product and portfolio strategy ownership, ensuring that healthcare growth initiatives are tightly connected to customer needs, differentiated offerings, and accelerated New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Introduction (NPI). The position owns end-to-end growth execution—from market and customer discovery, strategic partnerships, business case development, and pipeline creation, through offering strategy, commercialization, and global go-to-market execution. The role operates at the intersection of sales, product, engineering, and strategy, influencing both near-term revenue growth and long-term portfolio investment decisions.
